Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the fixture in its original packaging, including all internal padding, hardware, and instructions to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package through your preferred carrier, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
