What is the average shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard fixtures. Items must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Seus Lighting products include a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Are the light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Bulb inclusion varies by product model. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the individual product page to see if bulbs are included or if they must be purchased separately.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Are your fixtures compatible with dimmer switches?
Most of our LED and incandescent fixtures are dimmable, provided they are used with a compatible dimmer switch. Specific compatibility details are listed on each product's technical sheet.
